I have tried the biltong before, but this was my first time buying dry wors. It has a fantastic taste and I looked forward to my snack breaks whilst hauling my pulk in the Arctic. I will be buying it for my future exploits!

The best flavour around and when properly dried, unbeatable. Last few batches are so wet we had to dehydrate ourselves as all stuck together in moist clumps which is a shame. Always loved the flavour but the wet/moist batches are a real disappointment.

the BEST biltong. perfect ratio of fat to meat, spicing is authentically south african, and moisture level spot on. you will not find better biltong outside (and dare i even say inside!) ZA.
Needed it for a starter for a South African meal I was preparing. Wondered where to get biltong, looked on Google, found it in Faversham near to where I live! Decided to get it posted to save a journey and it arrived within 48 hours. Perfect for what I wanted and enjoyed by dinner party guests.
