Handcrafted using locally-sourced beef whenever possible, our traditional biltong is a mouth-watering, nutritious, and high-protein snack made in the iconic South African tradition.

Our Dry Wors is crafted by hand, using the highest quality cuts of locally-sourced Brisket beef. Its delicious taste is enhanced with premium ingredients such as coriander, salt, pepper, all spice, clove, nutmeg, and red wine vinegar. Our dry wors is marinated for an entire day to achieve the perfect flavour, and then air dried for up to four days before being sliced and packaged for your enjoyment.
