Handmade, using the finest cuts of Brisket beef sourced as locally as possible. We flavour it with coriander, salt, pepper, all spice, clove, nutmeg, and red wine vinegar Our dry wors is marinaded for a full 24 hours to get the flavour perfect, and then air dried for up to four days before being sliced and packed ready to eat.
