Made by hand with the best Brisket beef sourced locally as possible. Our Traditional dry wors is seasoned with coriander, salt, pepper, all spice, clove, nutmeg, and red wine vinegar, while our Chutney dry wors adds Flippen Lekker chutney spices. Marinated for 24 hours to achieve the perfect flavour, then air-dried for up to four days and packaged for consumption.
