Our traditional biltong is an ever-popular take on the South African snack.
It is handmade, using the finest cuts of Silverside beef sourced locally in Kent. 200g of beef are used for every 1oog of biltong, and we flavour it with coriander, salt, pepper, vinegar and a touch of sugar. Our traditional biltong is marinaded for a full 12 hours to get the flavour perfect, and then air dried for up to four days in a traditional South African drying cabinet before being sliced and packed ready to eat.
We use only the finest ingredients to ensure consistent quality, and our biltong contains absolutely no what, nuts, MSG, dairy or additives of any kind. It’s high in protein, low in carbohydrates and fat, and tastes absolutely delicious.
